UBS Marketing & Support Sdn Bhd (hereinafter also refer as “the Company” or “UBSMS”) was established in 1999. The Company had since involved in marketing of UBS (presently known as Access UBS) business software and providing after sales software support as well as training. Complementing sale of software, UBSMS also supplies hardware peripheral like computer, printer and point-of-sales hardware to customers as complete solutions.


The Company is also an authorised distributor for AutoCount software to provide an optional accounting system with GST / SST solution to customers meeting the statutory requirements.


Over the recent years, UBSMS has been actively promoting and marketing the Cloud-based software. The locally developed Cirrus Cloud-solutions, including Accounting, Inventory Management and Billing modules, are cost-effective and able to help enhance business operation efficiency, boost productivity and competitiveness.


The Company’s clientele, from the private and government sectors, is spanning across various industries in Malaysia. As a business-software specialist and a Technology Solution Provider (TSP) endorsed by the Malaysian Digital Economic Corporation (MDEC) under the Government’s SME Digitalisation Initiative, the Company quests to help digitally transform the small and mid-sized enterprises and businesses (SMEs and SMBs) in Malaysia, propelling them to attain better business performance and growth.

Job Description
The candidates are required to help expand market awareness, promote and elevate sales of the Company’s business software solutions in Malaysia.
Key tasks are to:-
  • -strategise, plan and organise marketing activities for product promotions and sales growth;
  • -meet sales targets;
  • -manage sales process including quotation, ordering, billing and delivery;
  • -collect payment/debt of respective sales;
  • -build good client relationship and follow up on new/recurring sales;
  • -periodically report on sales status and marketing activities.

The candidates must be computer savvy, ideally have knowledge and hands on in various business software such as accounting, inventory management and payroll systems. Candidates with qualification in computer science, IT and software, accounting, sales and marketing are encouraged to apply. Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage. Vacancies are open to candidates from all states of Malaysia.
